Great company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jamie at The Hot Tub Man, if you’re looking to buy a hot tub or looking for a hot tub service or repair. They’ve always been very efficient, professional and their prices are very competitive for chemicals and when we purchased our hot tub. It was a comparative price to others that we looked at but much better quality 👌

We must be Jamie’s longest standing customer who has never bought anything.. until now! For five years, Jamie helped us with questions, queries and visits and every time he patiently took his time to help… outstanding. We finally had our dream hot tub delivered last week. We had a few tricky issues with access but Jamie was fantastic and the hot tub is now in its permanent place and we are thrilled. Jamie went above and beyond on so many occasions to help us, I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending him … just don’t take five years and beat our record 🤪

Jamie sorted our hot tub out for us after being empty for a year. It required a new pump, which was swiftly ordered and appointment arranged to fit and get everything working again with crystal clean water!! Can’t recommend Jamie enough, from point of contact to the job being done, courteous, punctual and a general nice guy, thank you.

Patients professional & friendly service. A bit of a story but I put a deposit on a hot tub in February this year ready for a move in a few months time. They gave ma a cracking deal by the way. So covid hit .No move. Finally move in November. This is the thing Jamie the owner could have sold my hot tub 3 times over because covid had be a good thing for his business .But he kept his word and was so patient with me. And he still honoured the price. Excellent service, professional through out .Highly recommended.

We have always received excellent service!! Jamie maintains our hot tub and supplies our chemicals etc at very competitive rates. He actually came and moved our hot tub when we moved house on the day we completed. We would highly recommend The Hot Tub Man
