Gold Membership

50 visits per year *

**Only One Cover per 24 months consecutive membership.

Terms and Conditions

  • Unless we have serviced your hot tub in the last 6 months a full service will need to be carried

out on your hot tub  prior to commencing your membership

  • Hot Tub Club Members get priority booking as we book all your visits in to the diary at the start of your membership and the dates sent to you ,so there is no waiting around when  your service is due , we just contact  you a week before and remind  you - please make a note of these dates because  if  you cant make a scheduled date and the next date you are available is closer to the  next visit the previous visit will be removed from the diary  and not rescheduled
  • The membership is for 12 months - if you wish to cancel your membership before the 12 months is up some fees may apply to cover the services you have already received. However  no refunds will be given  
  • The following 12 months will continue automatically unless you have informed us of your wishes to cancel.  
  • To cancel membership you will need to email / write to us , all fees must be paid in full prior to the cancellation 
  • 10% off only applies to covers after 24 months of continued membership. 
  • It is your responsibility to keep your hot tub water balanced in between our visits as we can not be held responsible for any problems caused  due to poor water management from one visit to the next - we are always  happy to give you water management advice if you feel you are struggling over the phone or during one of our planned water change visits  if you are unavailable  at the normal water change visits ,Jamie is Bishta trained in water management so If you want an additional visit to give you a chemical balance  reminder  this can be arranged at an additional  cost for you 
  • As we are both  responsible for  maintaining your hot tub  and the water we ask that you use chemicals and  filters supplied by us using your 10% discount so that we can insure your hot tub is using Bishta recommended products   - should you  not  wish to use our products your membership will be void  , you can continue to have water changes but they will revert to the higher price for non members and will be booked in when they are due 
  • The first months payment is due at the start of your membership and prior to a visit being made , your visits will be spaced our evenly depending  on your Level of membership 
  • We ask that you set up a standing order to cover the monthly payments as Continued non payment or chasing for non payment will result in your membership being cancelled and payments in full required for services already used. monthly invoices will be sent to you for your records and the payment is due a few days later 
  • You will need to have a spare filter so that they can be swapped and cleaned on a regular basis
