Terms and conditions for buyers and sellers
Buyers -
We do not buy Hot Tubs, however we sell them on behalf of our customers, all Hot Tubs are serviced prior to selling them to sure they are in full working order.
Once you have seen a Hot Tub you like you will be asked to pay a deposit of at least 25 % in cash or by bacs.
The remaining balance will be paid by yourselves on the day of delivery either by cash or bacs.
The selling price of the Hot Tubs does not include delivery, please ask for a quote for a fully insured delivery and commission ( includes Hot Tub demo )
Should you opt to collect your Hot Tub yourselves you will be charged the hi -ab price of £30 to remove the Hot Tub from our display area, this will need to be arranged prior to collection by us
Sellers -
We charge 25% of the final selling price, for this, we will service your Hot Tub prior to collection, display it in our Display area and add it to our website and facebook page.
During the service, any faults found will be pointed out to you so that you can either repair prior to selling or sell with the fault ( the fault will appear in the description ) any costs incurred during the repair will be deducted from the balance.
Once serviced we will advise you on a price we think you could achieve for the Hot Tub, it is then up to you, what you then sell it for.
Once we have added the Hot Tub to our website you will be given the ref number, so that you can see the advert, and give us any feedback
once we have a deposit for your Hot Tub we will pay it via bacs
The remaining balance minus any repairs and our 25% will be paid as soon as possible after delivery, this will also be via bacs
You will be given Weekly updates regarding any interest or offers, via email.
Should you chose to remove the Hot Tub from our website or sell it via another aid, you will be charged for the pre selling service and for removal of the Hot Tub from our display area ( £30 hi - ab charges)
Should you require us to deliver the Hot Tub back to yourself, normal delivery costs will apply.
Should you sell it via another aid we can also quote to deliver to the new owners.
If we feel the Hot Tub isnt gaining interest due to the price, we will advise you if we feel you need to lower the price, this however will be your decision
