The Hot Tub Man offers a very reliable and competitive Hot Tub relocation service. All areas are covered - please contact us for a quote.
Whilst on site we only use professional equipment to move your spa / hot tub. Please see diagram below. We will supply two men with the expertise and knowledge of how to move your spa quickly and safely. If you have any concerns regarding difficult areas, such as steps or steep slopes, you will be asked to supply extra labour. If any fences or gates need to be removed we would appreciate if this could be done in advance.
Please note we do not supply cranes or hi-ab Lorries.
When checking access for delivery, remember to accurately measure narrow pathways, including drainpipes, low roof eaves, flues, taps, gate arches and overflow pipes etc. Do not forget turning circles
Buyers please note -
If you are purchasing a Hot Tub via ebay and other websites, it will be your responsibility to ensure the Tub is working and in good order before we collect it from the seller, as any repairs to rectify any faults found during delivery , will incur further charges.
If you wish us to carry out a ' pre delivery inspection ' please advise us in advance and we will quote you for this.
If a Hot Tub arrives and is not in the condition you were expecting it to be, as per the advert , you will be required to make arrangements with the previous owner, if you require the Tub to be returned to them, further charges including
the original charges will be incurred, this re delivery is not always possible on the same day due to other work commitments. Both payments will be due on this
day before re delivery takes place.
You will be asked to sign the job sheet once you are satisfied with the delivery
/ commissioning, any faults, damage or further probs after this time, will be treated as new and further charges will be incurred.
All payment to Spa Maintenance Services - The Hot Tub Man is due in full on this date.
Don't hesitate to call us for a quote to deliver the Hot Tub of your choice.This price will include delivery, full commission of your Hot Tub, and Hot Tub and Chemical tuition. You will need to arrange to have your electrics in place so that the Hot Tub engineers can connect the Hot Tub for you on the day ,so that all you have to do is relax and enjoy your Hot Tub.
Here is the spa Dolly that we use to move Hot Tubs, both safely & professionally. As you can see the pneaumatic tyres allow us to travel across most surfaces. Please note due to the weight of the
Hot Tub it can leave lines in lawns. If the Hot Tub has to be moved not using the Spa Dolly, please provide more labour. We will only supply two men.
Sellers please note -
It is your responsibility to ensure you advertise the Hot Tub as honestly as possible as any refusals by the new owners due to false advertising will still be charged for , and any re deliveries back to you, due to refusals will incur additional costs. Both to be paid in advance before re delivery,
please note re delivery may not be possible on the same day due to prior work commitments.
If the new owner has asked us to carry out a ' pre delivery inspection' and we
feel the hot tub is not as per advertised we will have to advise them of this. you
will then need to make arrangements with the new owner. as we will still need to receive the quoted delivery charge.
